Hillary Clinton caught on charity tax scheme blared the headline early this morning in the Herald Sun, Australia's biggest-selling newspaper.

Well, pulled-out of my desk drawer Hillary and Bill's IRS Charitable Tax Forms for the following years to get at the very bottom of this world headline stealing controversy:

Clinton Family Foundation 2005

Clinton Family Foundation 2004

Clinton Family Foundation 2003

What's the big deal? Operating and administrative expense were less than half a percent of grants paid.

A quick comparison to Leonard Bosack and Sandy Lerner's Charitable Foundation (the formerly married cofounders of Cisco Systems) IRS Tax Forms:

Leonard and Sandy's Charitable Foundation 2004

Leonard and Sandy's Charitable Foundation 2003

Revealed that Leonard and Sandy's operating and administrative expense were 7% of grants paid. Hillary and Bill's foundation is a much more efficient charity.

By the way, both Hillary and Bill as well as Leonard and Sandy made contributions to Yale University.

Again, what's the big deal?

At least we now have the home address (top of page 14) of Hillary and Bill for addition to our upcoming Christmas card lists.
