Other than that, seafood is low in cholesterol, which when not properly monitored and controlled (distinguishing good cholesterol from bad cholesterol) can also lead to serious heart problems. The qualities of seafood helps you to get involve with that and include it into your daily life and meals. And stay away from the heart disease.
