Time gone, when interviewer sits in an offensive posture and looking at interviewee with a bird's eye view. Its the time when they both talk in a very relaxed and friendly environment. But still the person who is searching for jobs online or offline and giving job interview , must be care full in your move. Because your future boss is noting your every single move, your way of capturing things, your attentiveness, your style, your skills, In a nutshell he is noticing every thing about you.
So you need to be very confident!! You may heard about the quotation " first impression is the last impression" but for job interview its a bit change “Your first impression is your only impression.” So make it last!!!
Smile occasionally to show your interest and enthusiasm. Keep eye contact when answering theinterview questions or when the interviewer is speaking directly to you. Speak in a concise and clear voice.
Pay attention to who is playing bad cop, they are looking for signs of weakness and dishonesty. To be well prepared, before the interview, write out all your accomplishments, both personal and professional. List your strengths and weaknesses. Be honest, it’s easier to remember the truth than it is a lie.

Its uncomfortable, but this is your only chance to ask for something you really want. Make sure your voice is firm and you make eye contact. Don't ask for the job... In the end just ask that when to join ? It will show your self confidence. And will shows how sure you are about getting this job. It make him feel that you deserve it! and you are the only best choice for them.
