As the whole personality of a person is expressed not only from the face but also from the gestures, figure.But it is also a fact that the first eye on every person is on its face. So for that you have to make your face first glowing so that you can make the first impression, last impression on another person.

For this to make your face glamorous you have to first take care of your skin. But the main thing and the important part of the face is your skin. Now a day’s due to pollution, stress and because of weather our skin get dull and dark.

But as if your skin specialist recommended you to have facial or face polish so you can take it once a month to remove dullness. But it will be according to your skin.

The best thing to make your skin and face fresh is to drink water as much as you can. As it is recommended by the doctors to drink 14 glass of water in a day. But it is usual that many people are busy and don’t have time to drink. But you have to drink minimum 7 glasses of water to make you fresh naturally.

You can also use some natural products to make your skin fresh and fair. As one more thin you have to do some things to make your skin fresh like to take sleep at time  and by which your skin get relaxed and you can make naturally your skin fresh. Don’t take stress it will also make your skin dull always gave relaxed to your self and to your skin.

After taking bath use after bath creams and as much as you can eat fruits and vegetables which will gave your skin proteins and vitamins which will make you internally healthy and by this naturally your skin will be fresh. It is a fact that in home on by your self you can make your skin glowing and fresh by eating right and healthy food and by making some things which are discussed above.
