Acnes and pimples affect people of any group and sex. These annoying and terrible skin ailments are very common among fairer sex and teenagers. Pimples and acnes majorly affect women and children because of the hormonal changes that take place in their body.

It is true that one can hardly do anything with hormonal changes that takes place in body, but yes one can certainly make certain modifications in your lifestyle to avoid the acne formation on skin. You would be surprised to read that food that you eat plays a major role in treating or aggravating the chances of acnes on skin.

A person affected with acne should certainly take care of his or her dietary pattern and food that he or she eats in their regular diet. First and foremost, people with acne prone skin should totally refrain from eating fried, oily and greasy food items. Drink plenty of water in your diet as it not only keep your skin healthy but also flushes the toxins from body which aggravates the chances of acnes on skin. Avoid intake of carbonated, sugary drinks as they aggravate the chance of acne on skin. Also stay away from alcohol as it dehydrates the skin internally thus making you prone to acnes, pimples and other terrible skin ailments.

For preparing meals, make sure you use oil which is cholesterol-free and non-sticky in nature. Apart from above steps, do make sure you follow a good skin care routine for keeping it healthy and cane-free. Make sure you wash twice day with mild cleanser or face wash. Avoid wearing too much makeup if you have acne prone skin. Stick to water based cosmetics only instead of oil-based if you too fond of makeup.
